Created by Public >> Categorie Company . (0)Mediland, S.A.S (Finsa Group subsidiary) has reached an agreement on the sale of Darbo, S.A.S to Isoroy, S.A.S (Sonae Indústria subsidiary). The factory produces chipboard and is located in the Southwest of France, close to the Spanish border.
The operation has been presented for approval to the Authorities controlling the business concentrations.
